Wow, it’s been a while since my last post. I have been really quite busy with work, life and gaming. Ok maybe I should tone down the last aspect of existence, Hehe but I can’t help it. While browsing through various interesting tech related articles one such intriguing article caught my full attention. I immediately contemplated on the possibility of a worthy Core i7 competitor which is arguably the fastest processor available today. But with such a ludicrous price tag that would require you to sell off a kidney and a limb. I opted it was best to patiently await AMD’s rebound on the Intel dominance in the Enthusiast market as well as the High End spectrum. The Phenom series are doing quite well in my opinion in the budget level, but still outclassed by the Core 2 Duo’s by a mile. But any competition is good for us consumers. With new releases every 6 months we get to have the best bang for a buck as long as we have the patience to hold out for a while.
